Jinx is a Java library which wraps the Flickr REST API. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License. You will need a Flickr API key, which can be obtained from Flickr in the App Garden.
Jinx is still in the early stages of development and does not cover the entire Flickr API at this time. However, it is being used in the photoset management program SuprSetr. The parts of the API that are covered are working well. These include:

The source code will have the latest changes. The jar file and javadocs available here will be somewhat recent, but not quite as recent as the source. Examples of how to use Jinx are in the source tree under the test directory.
