SuprSetr is written in Java, and requires Java 17 to run. The MacOS and Windows versions include a suitable JRE. If you want to run this on a Linux machine, you will need to install Java 17 or higher. Azul provides free versions of Java for Linux here, or check your distribution's package manager for a compatible JRE.

macOS

System Requirements

A Mac running macOS 10.7.3 or higher

Installation Instructions

Download SuprSetr 3.4.2 for macOS

Double click the file to mount the disk image

Drag the SuprSetr icon to Applications

Eject the disk image and delete it

Linux

System Requirements

Just about any Linux distribution with a graphical desktop environment installed

You must have Java 17 installed and in the PATH

Gnome library lignome is required for some features to work; SuprSetr will check for this and notify you if it is not installed

Installation Instructions

If you have SuprSetr version 1 installed, uninstall it

Download SuprSetr 3.4.2 for Linux

Run the installer with the command sh <installer>

Follow the prompts to install the software

Windows

Windows XP or higher

If you have SuprSetr version 1 installed, uninstall it

Download SuprSetr 3.4.2 for 64-bit Windows

Double click the installer

NOTE: If your user is not an Administrator, you may need to right-click and select "Run as Administrator"

Follow the prompts to install the software
